Deleting Knowledge Coach Forms

In a Knowledge Coach engagement, you can delete forms from the engagement view. Deleted forms cannot be restored. Also, deleting a form can affect other forms in the engagement.

• If you choose to delete a foundation form, all other forms in the engagement are also deleted.

• Information from the deleted form that was flowed to other forms will be deleted.

To delete a form, do the following:

1. Click the engagement on the Engagement List page.

   Note: See Using the Engagement List Page for information about using the pagination and search features to find an engagement in the list.

2. Locate the form on the Engagement View page.

   Tip: You might need to expand the node or folder that holds the item you need.

3. Click in the Actions column for the form, and then select Delete.

4. Click Yes.

   Note: If you are deleting a foundation form, you are prompted to confirm the deletion twice.
