Workpapers Overview

You can upload an unlimited number of workpapers with Essentials and Pro licenses, as long as you stay within your storage allocation. To find out your storage limits, please reach out to your administrator.

You can access workpapers in the Engagement View. This view displays automatically when you open a non-consolidated engagement that already has a trial balance uploaded. In a consolidated engagement, the Subsidiary Setup page displays when you open the engagement, and you can click the Engagement View button to open this view. In both non-consolidated and consolidated engagements, you also can access the Engagement View from any other page in an engagement by clicking on the navigation bar and selecting Engagement View.

Your firm can add folders within the nodes in the Engagement View to categorize your workpapers. By default, workpapers are added to the Unfiled Workpapers node when you upload them.

Note: At this time, the Engagement View in consolidated engagements does not contain nodes or folders.
